Mti is one of only a small number of organisations in Europe that can offer Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing. This process is employed in the manufacture of Aluminium Enclosures, Aluminium Chassis, Aluminium Air and Liquid Cooled Cold Plates.  Mti has two sites, the main factory and offices are in Watford, Hertfordshire and a satellite factory is located in the village of Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, which is five miles from the main site. The Watford Factory concentrates on Mti’s core business, which is Aluminium Salt Bath Dip Brazing and the Kings Langley Site specialises in Major Aerospace Programmes requiring components to be CNC Machined from solid aluminium.

Mti’s core business is the packaging and cooling of Electronics using complex Aluminium Enclosures, Chassis and other such Structures. Mti takes the component from the initial design all the way through to a completed, processed and tested unit. 

Modern Inspection Facilities. 

Mti is equipped with the latest Computer Measuring Machines(CMM). The Military and Commecial Aerospace Industry requires every single component to be measured and a inspection report provided with each component. The Aerospace and Defence industries require First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRS) for all new programmes.  

Modern design facilities 

Mti has its own Design Facility for the specialised business of Designing for Aluminium Dip Brazing. Mti’s client’s invite Mti to participate at an early stage of a project to ensure that the most cost effective method of manufacture is selected and developed for Production. Working closely with our clients Mti will produce manufacturing drawings to suit the Aluminium Dip Brazing Process
